10 of the Best Indoor Winter Locations // Northeast Ohio

Updated: Mar 8, 2021

Leeeet's face it. Northeast Ohio gets COLD. I mean, really cold. And while snowy outdoor sessions are beautiful, sometimes it's nice to find a classy, beautiful indoor location to weather the cold! We get asked quite a bit about the best indoor spots for photos, so here are just a few of our favorite indoor locations to keep in mind when planning your session or wedding!

This beautiful venue is perfect for a classy engagement or couple's session. It offers string lights, staircases, and a great view, as well as restaurants to grab that after-session coffee or snack. ;) It is open from 7AM-7PM Monday through Sunday.

With a bright colored wall outside, pinball machines, fun pops of colors everywhere, this parlor is great for gamers, or a retro couple or senior session.

This coffee shop is perfect for a cozy, casual session, and one of my favorites. The downtown area near it is super cute for photos, as well!

This studio is perfect for an in-home, minimalistic fee! (Price to book is $75/hour)

This venue has multiple greenhouses, and photo options! It is perfect if you love florals, greenery, and beautiful artchitecture. (Price to book is $150/hour) It also includes a tunnel of lights and Christmas decorations around November-December!

This museum is a gold mine of different photo options! It is one of the only art museums in Northeast Ohio that actually allows photography, and offers so much, from towering architecture, to a beautiful glass house that offers a great outdoor view, to a display of thread art in all different colors.

This spot has a super fun flamingo and tropical vibe! (Not to mention their donuts look absolutely amazing!)

This venue offers beautiful variety, as well as elegant staircases, cozy reading rooms, and classic architecture. (A $50 or more donation is typically requested.) Sessions must be scheduled during 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and completed by 5:45 PM.

This venue is huge, and absolutely stunning. A photo permit must be granted before photographing sessions or weddings here, and requests must be submitted at least 15 days before the date you would like to photograph there. A $50 Permit Application Fee must also be submitted when sending permit request to the Statehouse.
